Nutrition Cheat Codes Workshop

This workshop will focus on how to prioritize good nutrition even with a busy schedule. We will discuss simple and affordable ways to build balanced meals that include the right amount of macronutrients while emphasizing whole foods over highly processed options. Participants will also learn how to read nutrition labels and ingredient lists so they can make more informed choices at the grocery store.

The workshop will include a hands-on interactive activity where participants will make their own protein bites, demonstrating an easy, healthy snack that can be prepared quickly with minimal ingredients. In addition, attendees will receive a sample grocery list and simple recipes to take home, making it easier to apply these strategies in their daily lives.
